1️⃣ Introduction
The OPA INTERCOY GOLF 2025 was successfully held on 2 November 2025 at the prestigious Kota Permai Golf and Country Club.
Since its inception in 2014, this annual tournament has served as a platform to strengthen fellowship, teamwork, and friendly competition among companies within the OPA fraternity.
2️⃣ Purpose & Legacy
Introduced in 2014, the OPA INTERCOY Golf aims to promote camaraderie and unity among Old Puteras (OPs). Traditionally, the losing company from the previous year hosted the next edition.
Starting 2025, a rotational hosting system has been implemented — allowing each company the chance to organize the event in future years, ensuring fairness and continuity.
3️⃣ Participation
A total of 120 players and 4 invited guests participated, representing eight companies (Alpha to Hotel).
Each company fielded up to 15 players, with the top 10 scores contributing to the team total.
The tournament followed the System 36 Stableford format, designed for balanced and enjoyable play for all golfers.
4️⃣ Event Highlights
Despite a morning downpour, participants showed great patience and enthusiasm. Tee-off began at 2:00 PM, and the tournament wrapped up successfully before dusk.

The smooth execution of the event was made possible by the dedicated organizing committee, supportive players, and the excellent team at Kota Permai Golf and Country Club.
During the dinner, results were displayed on projector screens. All Company Captains reviewed and confirmed the scores — and everyone agreed it was a well-run and enjoyable event.

Despite weather challenges early in the day, OPA INTERCOY GOLF 2025 concluded successfully — marked by teamwork, unity, and sportsmanship.
