“In January 2021, the OPA initiated the idea to preserve our RMC Yearbook or affectionately known as “The Bugler”. We believe that it is crucial for OPA to archive one of the most important publications in the digital era. This is OPA’s small contribution to preserving our Alma Mater’s history.

The collections represent an invaluable contribution by Budak Boys from the earliest 1965’s edition. Our Digital Bugler Library provides a permanent record of each year as seen and told by the Commandant, Teachers and the Puteras (Budak Boy).”
