Held at the OPA Penthouse on 28 June 2025, the commemorative session on the 25th anniversary of the OPA Building saw a full hall of nearly 100 OPs, including key figures behind the project, past presidents and donors. A rare and almost impossible gathering of personalities who helped shape OPA history.
The session was both a nostalgic recap and a powerful lesson for all OPs. For some, it brought back memories of challenges overcome, and the sense of pride that came with seeing the dream finally realised. For others, it offered new perspective and proves that determination made it all possible.
Through a series of short, heartfelt sharings by those who were there from the beginning, one theme stood out: “We made it happen.” As one OP reminded the floor, “ united we stand, divided we fall, ” a timely reflection of what the OP community is capable of when united by purpose.
To all who contributed, from the visionaries who dreamed it, to the leaders who led it, and the OPs who supported it in ways big and small, thank you. The OPA Building stands today because of your belief, sacrifice, and enduring commitment. Salute!
