OPA notes with sadness, the passing of OP Razali bin Mohd Nor, (A Coy; 1959-1961) (LMR 012), 79; Retired RMN Kept, on Wednesday, 29 Mar 2023 at 2100 hours in HAT Tuanku Mizan, Kuala Lumpur. His body was brought back to Manjung, Perak for burial on Thursday, 30 Mar 2024, arrangement by the RMN.
